The Board of Education shall adopt regulations for the following types of leave for District employees:
- Paid Time Off
- Bereavement Leave
- Leave for Jury Duty
- Military Leave
- Leave of Absence
- Family and Medical Care Leave (See Policy and Regulation 4321.)
- Domestic/Sexual Violence Victim Leave
