Employees who are employed for the full year, twelve (12) months, shall be entitled to the following holidays:
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year's Eve
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
President's Day
Martin Luther King Jr Day
Good Friday
Juneteenth
The Superintendent has the authority to substitute designated dates, for any of these holidays, based on the annual school calendar.
Employees who are contracted for less than the full year shall be entitled to those holidays listed previously when they fall within the term of employment.
Employees with less than twenty (20) hours per week, shall not be entitled to half-time holiday pay.
