P 2525 Graduation Requirements

The graduation requirements set out in this policy will apply to the Class of 2024 and future graduating classes.  The minimum graduation requirements are as follows:

A total of twenty-four (24) units must be earned, including the following required subjects:

English I

English II

English III

English Core

World History

American History

Government

Algebra I, then Geometry

Geometry, then Contemporary Math or Algebra II

Math Core

Biology

2 Science Cores

Total=   24 Credits

The District will accept courses offered through Missouri Course Access and Virtual School Program (MOCAP) as units of credit meeting state and local graduation requirements provided however the quantity and quality of completed student works meets standards applicable to the District’s traditional program. Eligible students as defined in Regulation 2525 may pursue a timely graduation from high school through the School Flex Program.  Eligible students participating in the Flex Program will be considered full-time students.
