Except when waived, tuition must be paid by nonresident students of the District when the student must be enrolled as required by law. The District does not accept non-resident students unless the student and/or parents meets one of the exceptions in the law. The annual rate will be determined by the Board of Education for individuals who wish to attend. Permission to enroll will be granted after reasons for requesting admission have been reviewed and after it has been determined that class enrollments are not excessive.
