Under the supervision of the Superintendent or the Superintendent's designee, the building principals serve as the instructional leaders of their assigned buildings.  In that capacity, building administrators are responsible for the implementation of Board policies and regulations.  Each building administrator will be evaluated on their instructional leadership and the success of their students.
