- Board Policies
Development or review of all or a portion of a district's board policies
is also available. The cost of customized service will depend on the size
and complexity of the revisions.
- Job Descriptions
MCE will write district job descriptions to meet the legal requirements of
essential functions, examples of work and other pertinent information. Fee
is based on the number of job descriptions to be rewritten plus the
development of any new job description.
- Compensation Studies
Fair and competitive competitive compensation plans are established by
rating accurate job descriptions against a set of criteria to establish
the appropriate pay classifications. Comparable information from other
other sources is also utilized. Fee is based on the scope of work
requested.
- Negotiation Assistance
A fact finding rather than bargaining approach is used to resolve
differences between employee groups and the Board of Education. Decisions
are based on data rather than opinion. Fee is based on the time devoted to
the process.
