The Board of Education directs the administrative and professional staff to develop regulations governing the implementation of performance-based evaluations. Staff members may wish to use the Performance-Based Teacher Evaluation on recommendations from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education regarding performance-based evaluations.

The evaluation instrument used by the district will be made available to all individuals being evaluated under this program.
