Outstanding debt includes, but is not limited to breakfast and lunch bills, lost/damaged library books/supplies, and lost/damaged textbooks.

When a student’s outstanding debt has exceeded $75.00, he/she will be excluded from all extracurricular activities until parents/guardians make the following applicable arrangements to satisfy the debt:

1.  Complete an application for free or reduced price meals.

And

2. Arrange a payment plan with the District.

Or

3. Make a full payment.

Parents/Guardians will be notified in writing of their debt and be informed of the possibility of their student’s exclusion from all extracurricular activities. 

Parents/Guardians will be given 10 calendar days to make satisfactory arrangements with the District.

Students with outstanding debt at the end of their eighth grade year will not be allowed to participate in graduation ceremonies.
