The Board of Education shall adopt regulations for the following types of leave for District employees:

All leave including PTO and/or vacation must be exhausted before approval of unpaid leave is considered.

1. Personal Time Off (PTO)
2. Vacation
3. Holidays
4. Professional Leave
5. Leave for Jury Duty
6. Military Leave
7. Family and Medical Care Leave (See Policy and Regulation 4321)
8. Domestic/Sexual Violence Victim Leave (See Policy and Regulation 4322)
9. Election Leave
10. Leave to Vote
11. Leave for Court Subpoena
12. Firefighter Leave
13. Crime Victim Leave
14. Civil Air Patrol Leave
15. Coast Guard Auxiliary Leave
